Johns Creek is located in northeastern Fulton County and is 27 miles to Atlanta. Johns Creek is Georgia’s ninth-largest city with more than 82,000 residents and became an incorporated city in 2006. It is one of the most sought-after communities due to its ideal centralized location with easy commuting distances from Atlanta and Buckhead and numerous office parks.

The city is known as the “Silicon Valley” of Atlanta, with numerous Fortune 500 companies located in its master-planned mixed-use Technology Park area. Over the years, this development has attracted many white-collar workers to move to Johns Creek. The city has one of the best public school systems in the state and access to a wide array of upscale dining, shopping, cultural and entertainment events. The Infinite Energy Center and the adjacent Performing Arts and Convention Center are state-of-the-art facilities that host professional hockey and top Hollywood entertainment year-round. Duluth offers an outstanding public school system and a choice of several luxury neighborhoods that complement the area.
